Advertising Policy

This policy covers all paid placements on PingMart — Homepage Spotlight, Boosts, Featured cards, and email features.

Eligibility

• Vendor account in good standing (no open severe complaints).
• Verified vendor status for Homepage Spotlight and Featured tag.
• Active paid plan that includes the placement (see Billing).

Content standards

• No misleading claims about price, quality, certification, or origin.
• No use of competitor names or trademarks without permission.
• No sensational or shock imagery; family-friendly only.
• Promoted items must be currently available and accurately priced.

Prohibited categories

• Items prohibited by our Community Standards.
• Financial services, crypto, or "get rich quick" schemes.
• Health and beauty claims that require regulatory approval.

Review & removal

All paid placements are reviewed by our team. Approved placements may be paused or removed if a complaint, fraud signal, or policy violation is detected.

Refunds

If we remove a placement for a violation, no refund is issued. If we remove a placement for a reason unrelated to the vendor's conduct, we refund pro-rata.
