PingMart never holds your money. Use these steps to stay safe.

    Get a Protection Code before you contact the vendor

    Click the contact button on the vendor's profile. We issue a unique code (PM-XXXXXX) that links the conversation to PingMart's records.

    Verify the vendor

    Check the Verified Marketplace Sales count, Trust Score, reviews, verification badges and account age. Higher numbers mean more history — not a guarantee, but a strong signal.

    Agree on terms in writing

    Use WhatsApp text (not voice notes alone) to confirm price, delivery timeframe, return policy and payment method.

    Inspect before final payment when possible

    For high-value or in-person purchases, inspect the item before paying in full. For delivery, use a courier that accepts inspection-before-payment when offered.

    Share your code only when satisfied

    Once the transaction is complete and you are happy, share your Protection Code with the vendor so they can record a Verified Sale. If something is wrong, keep the code and file a complaint.

Red flags

  • Pressure to pay outside the agreed terms or to a new account
  • Refusal to share a business address or alternative contact
  • Prices significantly below market with urgency to pay now
  • Account created very recently with zero verified sales
