Verification Policy

Our trust team manually reviews each vendor before granting the Verified Supplier badge.

What we check

• Phone — OTP confirmation on the WhatsApp number used for buyer contact.
• Business — registration certificate, trade licence or comparable proof of business activity.
• Identity — government-issued ID matching the named business owner.
• Address — recent utility bill or location verification, when applicable.

Timelines

Most reviews complete within 48 hours. Complex submissions can take up to 5 business days. Vendors are notified in their dashboard at each step.

What the badge means

The Verified Supplier badge means the vendor's identity and business documentation were reviewed and accepted by PingMart at the time of approval. It is not a guarantee of product quality or future conduct — always read reviews and use a Protection Code.

Re-verification & revocation

We may re-verify any account at any time. The badge can be revoked for fraud, repeated complaints, plan downgrade beyond the verified tier, or account inactivity.

Appeals

If verification is declined, vendors may resubmit corrected documentation, or appeal to trust@pingmart.co.
