PingMart is built for honest trade. These standards apply to vendors, buyers, and anyone interacting on the platform.

Prohibited goods & services

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives
• Illegal drugs and unregistered pharmaceuticals
• Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property
• Stolen goods, human remains, endangered wildlife
• Adult content, sexual services, and exploitation
• Services that facilitate fraud, hacking, academic dishonesty

Respectful conduct

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
• Personal information shared during a transaction must not be reused or published.
• Reviews must reflect real experiences. Fake or paid reviews are prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
