Trust & Safety at PingMart
PingMart connects buyers with vendors directly on WhatsApp. We do not hold customer funds. Instead, we provide systems that make every interaction safer, verifiable, and accountable.
Protection Codes
Before contacting a vendor, buyers receive a unique Protection Code (PM-XXXXXX). Share it with the vendor only after you receive your item or service as agreed. The vendor redeems the code, which records a Verified Marketplace Sale on their profile. If something goes wrong, the same code becomes the reference for a complaint.
Verified Marketplace Sales
Only redeemed Protection Codes increase a vendor's Verified Sales count. Vendors cannot manipulate this number — every sale is tied to a buyer-issued code, time-stamped, and auditable by our team.
Vendor Verification
Vendors progress through tiers — phone, business, ID and address — reviewed by our trust team. Verified badges appear only after manual approval and remain tied to plan and account status.
Complaints & Disputes
Anyone can file a complaint without an account. Complaints linked to a Protection Code carry extra weight and feed into a vendor's Trust Score. Repeated unresolved complaints can suspend or remove a vendor.
