Vendor Terms
By selling on PingMart you agree to these vendor terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. Honest representation
Listings, photos, prices and availability must be accurate. Misleading content is grounds for suspension.
2. Response time
Respond to buyer pings within 24 hours where reasonable. Repeated non-response harms your Trust Score and ranking.
3. Protection Codes
Never request a Protection Code from a buyer before completing the transaction. Codes must be voluntarily shared by satisfied buyers. Soliciting codes is fraud and will trigger removal.
4. Verified Marketplace Sales
Only redeemed codes count as verified sales. Any attempt to inflate the metric — purchasing fake codes, colluding with associates, or coercing buyers — is a permanent ban.
5. Refunds & disputes
Publish a clear refund / return policy. Cooperate with PingMart when we mediate complaints linked to Protection Codes.
6. Prohibited goods & services
Comply with our Community Standards. Illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or regulated items without licence are prohibited.
7. Account verification
Provide truthful documentation during verification. Falsified documents void the verified badge and may result in legal action.
8. Suspension & termination
PingMart may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for repeated complaints, fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these terms. Subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion when termination is for cause that is not the vendor's fault.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in your dashboard.
